the Site is at your own risk. Neither CR Grafix nor any other party having
participated in the creation, production and distribution of the Site, can
be held responsible for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or
exemplary damage related to your access to the Site or its use. Without
limiting the scope of the foregoing, all content on the Site is provided to
you "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,

8. The substantive laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein govern the interpretation and effect of this agreement.
